Apparently it's part of the Unreal Engine, so you probably need it in order to run any UDK games. I personally recommend not uninstalling it though. You could try uninstalling it, and then if Antichamber doesn't run, just verify the game cache and it should re-download for you. It doesn't come with Antichamber, but since you have UAC (User Access Controls, the little thing that pops up and says "are you sure you want to.") enabled on your Win7 or Win8 machine, it wasn't allowed to download the engine to the game's default directory.
